Our Process

WE'RE HERE FOR YOU!
Step 01.
Schedule a 15 minute complimentary consultation call (click the button below to book a call). On call we hear and learn more about your travel desires.
Step 02.
Before the call we'll send a questionnaire to your email for you to fill out. This way we have more information during the call, and the conversation can flow efficiently.
Step 03.
The call. An important step! Based on your answers to our questionnaire, we will talk, exchange ideas and know all the details that you want for your trip!
Step 04.
Planning the trip. We will plan your trip with the utmost care, following all the instructions given to us from the call. Our goal is to ensure that everything is to your liking, and that we remove the stress of organizing a trip from your hands. So that you get to enjoy your vacation!
Step 05.
We will send the first version of the Itinerary via email. Depending on which service (classic or premium) you choose, you will find daily itineraries, the best places to visit in each country, restaurant recommendations/reservations, and everything needed to make the most of your travel!
Step 06.
We await your feedback and if need be we make necessary changes to the itinerary, so that it's 100% in line with what you want.

CONCIERGE TRAVEL PLANNING SERVICE TIERS
Our services are tailored to meet each traveler’s needs. Exact rates are determined by the length of the trip, the nature of the itinerary, and the extent of services.
BASIC
For trips of up to 3 nights! Vetted recommendations from MW Luxury Travels approved locations. This tier includes:
1 consultation calls (duration: 30 min) to determine which places you want to visit and activities on the wish list;
Curated list of MW Luxury Travels approved hotels, bars, restaurantes and activities;
Travel tips and destination info;

Note: The client is responsible for booking everything and for trip costs. The price for a trip of up to 3 nights is 50 euros per day. For trips more than 3 nights please choose between the CLASSIC or PREMIUM tier packages.
CLASSIC
For travelers in need of 'travel therapy'. Vetted recommendations from MW Luxury Travels approved locations. This tier includes:
1 to 3 consultation calls (duration: 30 min) to determine which places you want to visit and activities on the wish list;
Curated list of MW Luxury Travels approved hotels, bars, restaurantes and activities;
Travel tips and destination info;

Note: Client is responsible for booking everything and trip costs. Price starts at 250 euros, but custom quotes will be provided after the initial consultation call.
PREMIUM
For travelers in need of tailored travel without the hassle of planning. This tier includes:
- 4 to 5 consultation calls (duration: 30 min) to determine which places you want to visit and activities on the wish list;
- Destinations with a focus on personalized travel
- Detailed daily itinerary;
- Personalized app and map;
- Help deciding on ground transportation, hotels and flights;
- Help arranging dinner reservations and activities personalized to you.
Note: Client is responsible for trip costs and depending on scope of services bookings. Price starts at 540 euros, but custom quotes will be provided after the initial consultation call.

When can I expect my trip plan?
For our Premium service, we will inform you of the deadlines in the call. For our Standard service, you will receive your travel plan within 5 business days if your start date is 2 weeks after your order is submitted and your plan is 10 days or less. In all other cases, you will receive your travel plan within 10 business days.
Who will plan my travel?
Your itinerary will be planned by the safe hands of one of our experienced travel consultants - we have traveled to over 27 countries!
What destinations do you cover?
We'd like to think we cover the whole globe! We're here to help build any trip you fancy, from city breaks to country itineraries and beach holidays. Our travel consultants have a wide range of expertise. And if we don't have the answer ourselves, we're likely to know exactly who to call.
